At Bouclair, we want you to love your home decor; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and accompanied by a valid receipt or order confirmation.

Return Process

  Log into your online account to locate your order history and select the items you wish to return, or bring your items directly to any Bouclair boutique.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original shipping box or a sturdy alternative, ensuring all protective materials and tags are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship or Drop Off

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, or simply hand it to a team member at your local store.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse or store team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
